Alright - I had a lot of trouble with this assignment (hence getting it in 2 1/2 hours before the deadline). I had issues with Picassa and Collagr; I guess I have a lot to learn! So here's what I did: I am still getting aquatinted with my mac, and as much as I love it I'm afraid I don't know too much about it. So, I finally gave up, created this collage on a powerpoint slide and saved it as in jpg. format. Crazy I know. Anyway, at least I have a collage haha.
As mentioned before, it took me awhile to get used to the macro setting - I am such a rookie, but I am learning a ton just by playing with the camera...
I know these are really small, even when you click on them - sorry about that. *sigh* It was a frustrating process. You can see all of these full-size on flickr.

Caitlin,
I like how your collage looks like a quilt pattern. It draws your attention right to it, and makes you want to know more about it. Way to stick with it and figure out way to make a collage anyway. I also use a Mac, and I am no expert, but if I can be of any help just send me email through the classroom using the communication link, then click on email, then click on select users. Just select my name. I will also try to keep helping when I see a question on the DB.
Hi there,
Way to go! I was told today, macs dont do that fancy picasa stuff,..and even the exchange of files and all,..well, I have spent mega hours,..and felt like a real idiot around it all,.. being a mac user also. Your inguienity was beautiful, creative, and perservering,..is that a word? I was told if you have pentium processor, you can download windows,..and everything will work way easier. Nice Job,..keep it up,..I will be hopefully getting it better together tomorrow! Diana
Good job figuring a way around your Picasa dilemma. The final product looks great!
It's hard for me to see the individual photos, but I like your collage arrangement - very clever.
Okay you get kudos and applause for solving a frustrating problem. I love how it looks like a quilt too...brilliant girl you! I'll go and check Flickr to see them larger...
